GLADIATOR STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

  • Congratulations to McKenna Ezekiel for being chosen as this week’s Clarke Central High School Gladiator Student-Athlete of the Week. McKenna is a junior on the Clarke Central Varsity Cheerleading team and serves as the team’s co-captain. “McKenna is the type of student that all teachers love to have in class. She is very insightful, thoughtful, hardworking, and inquisitive.  She is always seeking to be better and to learn more. She asks the right questions at the right times, and is always striving towards perfection. McKenna is a wonderful student, and I'm very excited that she is receiving this honor.” -Eric Smith, Math teacher. “McKenna is an excellent student, always full of interesting questions that show a mind constantly churning through serious subject matter. It is gratifying to see. She also listens carefully and responds to student's comments in insightful ways. It is a real pleasure to teach McKenna.” - Ian Altman, English teacher
